RESERVATIONS POLICY
For All Services:
Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service. Thank you for your understanding & cooperation!
DISCOUNT POLICY
Please be advised that all discounted Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Package Deals and Spa Week Offers cannot be combined with any other SNC Beauty Salon & Spa offers, discounts and promotions.
GIFT CARDS POLICY
Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness and beauty to special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the salon or online. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are strictly non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and not replaceable. Purchasing a Gift Certificate with another Gift Certificate are prohibited. Gift Certificates can only used for services or products. Our gift cards never expire for their cash value. Please be advised that all discounted Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Package Deals and Spa Week Offers cannot be combined with any other services in our Salon & Spa
offers, discounts and promotions.
All sales are final.

Gratuities
Gratuities are preferred in Cash , Venmo , CashApp or Zelle.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, Zelle or Venmo.
We do not accept personal checks
AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without an approval or accompaniment of an adult.
16–17 Years Old generally allowed to receive spa services facials or other services with parental consent.
Under 16: Frequently required to have a parent or guardian present in the room during treatments.
REFUND POLICY
All service, series and gift cards sales are final.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase as required by SNC BEAUTY Salon & Spa in order for any exchanges /or refunds to be given.
Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened or used returns of skin care products or others accessories…….,
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period.
PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, type of music, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Feel free to ask questions. Your specialist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the Specialist will NEVER appropriate.
